All articles, calculators, market briefings, signal demos, code, and any other material on this site are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice and should not be relied upon as such.
2. No advisory relationship
Use of this site does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and Epicenter Exchange or its author. We do not know your specific financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, or constraints.
3. Regulatory status
The author and Epicenter Exchange are not:
- SEBI-registered as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, or Mutual Fund Distributor.

4. No guarantees, no accuracy claims
We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of any content. Historical data, charts, and backtests are subject to revision, methodology choices, and survivorship bias. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any claim of “95% accurate” / “100% accurate” / “guaranteed returns” found anywhere on the internet — including from people pretending to quote this site — should be treated as misleading and reported.
5. Algorithm and code disclaimer
The Python code in /algo implements textbook strategies for educational purposes. It is not a trading system. Running it with real money is at your sole risk. Backtests do not model real-world transaction costs, slippage, taxes, latency, broker outages, behavioural pressure, or regime change.
6. Third-party data and links
We rely on third-party sources (e.g., CoinGecko, yfinance, public exchange websites). We do not control or guarantee their accuracy or availability. External links are provided for convenience; we do not endorse their content.
7. Risk warnings
- Equity markets can fall 50% or more and stay down for years. Indian, US, and UK equities have all experienced multi-year drawdowns within living memory.
- Cryptocurrencies are extremely volatile, partially unregulated, and can go to zero. In India, gains are taxed at 30% flat with 1% TDS and no loss offset.
- Leverage, derivatives, and intraday trading can cause losses larger than your invested capital. SEBI's own data shows ~90% of intraday traders lose money.
- Custody risk: exchanges and brokers can fail. See FTX, Mt. Gox, WazirX, Karvy.
8. Get qualified advice
Before making any investment, tax, or financial decision, consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (in India), an SEC-registered RIA (in the US), an FCA-authorised adviser (in the UK), or the equivalent licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Epicenter Exchange, its author, or any contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content.
10. Jurisdiction
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Changes
We may update this disclaimer at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for a reasonable period.
